Support Delays Expected

We are currently experiencing larger than normal queues for Support tickets and delays are expected.

We are working hard to answer all tickets as soon as possible and really appreciate your patience during this time.

Remember, the Envato Support team are not able to provide technical support for individual Marketplace items. 

If you have purchased an item from a Marketplace author and require support, please ensure you:

1.  Read through any help documentation provided with the item
2.  Check the item comments from the item page. Other buyers may have experienced the same issue and the answer may have been posted
3.  Contact the author of the item via the item page for all enquiries regarding the item's features or function

If you have completed the steps above and still believe the item to be malfunctioning or "not as advertised" please open a ticket with the Support team.

Please provide as much information as possible in your ticket and include screenshots and the item's URL.
