I have lost an item I downloaded previously, can I download it again?

If the item you have downloaded is still for sale on the marketplaces, you most certainly can. When you purchase an item you should ALWAYS download the item immediately to your hard drive and store it in a safe place. We do provide a Downloads page where you can re-download previously purchased items, however it is important to remember that when an item is removed from the marketplaces, it will be removed from your Downloads page as well. We offer the downloads page as a convenience for buyers and can make no guarantees as to the ongoing availability of the files you have purchased.

Here’s how to get to your Downloads page:

• Sign in to your Account from any of the Envato Marketplaces
• Hover over your username at the top of the page.
• Select the Downloads link from the drop-down menu.
• A list of your purchases will be shown. If you have bought a lot of items (thank you!) then you may need to flip through a few pages to find the one you need. Click the Download button for the item you need.

There are restrictions on how many times a purchase can be downloaded.  You can read more about these restrictions here. Whilst in most cases you can still download an item after you’ve purchased it, you may only use it according to the license you have purchased.
