Where can I access invoices for my account?

Invoices for all of your Marketplace credit deposits and 'buy now' purchases can be viewed by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Marketplace account.
  2. From your account dropdown menu, select 'Settings'.
  3. From the settings screen, select the 'Invoices' tab.
  4. From the invoices page, you can view all of your invoices be selecting 'View' in the right column.

Please note that you can set your invoices up to be addressed to a business or company if required. Simply access the Settings tab of your account preferences page and edit the Company Name under the Avatar & Personal Information section.

Please note that this will only adjust future invoices. If you need any other specific details added to your invoice, or past invoices amended, please contact Support.

Where can I access statements for my account?

If you are a Marketplace author, you can view your sales statements by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Marketplace account.
  2. From your account dropdown menu, select 'Statement'. 
  3. From the statement page, you can view the statement for the current month as well as those from previous months in the 'Past Statements' column on the right.
