How do I change my username?

Usernames can be changed by support. If you wish to change your username, please contact support and state the reason you'd like to change your username, your current username and your first name and last name. Please also include three choices for a new username, listing your highest preference.  

Usernames can contain upper or lowercase letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens. They cannot contain special characters or symbols. 

Note: If support receives repeated requests for username changes or has reason to believe a change in username will cause administrative problems, they may not be able to process a username change.
