Meet Envato Market!

Hi Everyone,

Today we made an announcement about an exciting brand change!

Our eight marketplaces will be called Envato Market. To find out more about this change, you can read blog post here.

We have made some changes to text and articles in the support center and will continue to do. In the meantime you may notice some references to the old brand. Dont be alarmed, we’ll edit those in time.

We hope you enjoy this and the other changes we’ve mentioned in the blog post :)

Marketplace Downtime Monday 7th July

Hi Folks!

We need to complete some important maintenance work on our firewall which requires the site to be offline during that time.

The maintenance window has been planned for our devs to start at 8:40am Monday 7th July AEST or GTM+10. While the actual downtime is not anticipated to be longer than 15mins, we are allowing this window in case further work is required.

Shortly prior to the site being put in maintenance mode we will be switching off the ability for you to make deposits. This helps us ensure there is no risk of funds going astray as the site is brought down.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Hi Everyone!

Envato Marketplace Support has some exciting news. We’re implementing a new Support Centre. Yay! This means that we’re changing the system that we use to handle all your support requests. 

We’re going live with this change today (Thursday 19th June AEST) and have been working hard to ensure it’s as seamless for you as possible. You can read more about it in our Notes Post and FAQ's.

Important security update for Envato accounts

We have just announced an important security update for Envato Marketplace and Envato Studio users.

Unless you have changed your password or signed up to Envato sites since 06:42am 8th April 2014 UTC, you will be required to reset your Envato account password.

This is a quick note to let you know that currently our turnaround time on our support requests is between 2 - 4 days. We're working hard to get through everything as quickly as we can and really appreciate your patience!

In the meantime, have you checked out our Knowledgebase? Maybe you can find what you’re looking for in there. If not, don’t panic. We’ll be in touch with you soon.
